Atlanta United 2 returns to action Sunday, June 4 when it hosts Inter Miami CF II at Fifth Third Bank Stadium in Kennesaw, Georgia. The match is scheduled to kick off at 7:30 p.m. EDT and will be streamed live on MLSNEXTPro.com

In ATL UTD 2's last match on Sunday, May 28, the team picked up three points at home in its 2-0 victory against Toronto FC II. Karim Tmimi continued his three-game scoring streak, picking up his fifth goal of the season. The French striker has netted all five goals in his last six appearances, tying Nick Firmino for the team lead. It was the team's first win at home during the month of May after falling to Crown Legacy FC 2-1 in their previous home outing.

Fuad Adeniyi picked up his first assist of the season on the Tmimi goal that came in the 49th minute. The 28-year-old defender from London has started in seven of his nine games played this season, recording 11 tackles, 12 interceptions and one assist so far.

Brennan scored his first goal of the year May 19 against Orlando City B off a penalty. Brennan has taken 12 shots with four on target and has one assist this season. The Homegrown forward has been one of ATL UTD 2's primary chance-creators with eight key passes, tied for second on the team. He is also tied for the team lead in tackles with 16.

KARIM TMIMI

Tmimi has put together a nice stretch with five goals in his last six matches. His fifth goal put him two back of the league lead having only played 516 minutes. 

KOFI TWUMASI

The 26-year-old team captain has been crucial to the team's defensive success this season. With 33 interceptions, the defender from Ghana sits first in league with the next closest at 28 interceptions.

PREVIOUS MATCHUP

Inter Miami CF II defeated Atlanta 3-2 in the previous matchup at DRV PNK Stadium on May 7. Tyler Wolff scored the earliest goal of the season in the first minute while Tmimi also scored in the match, but ultimately it was Miami who came away with three points. Lucas Meek, Miles Perkovich and an own goal from Atlanta helped secure the win for Miami.
