Atlanta United will host open tryouts outside of Nashville, Tenn., as part of a series with jersey sponsor American Family Insurance on Oct. 8-9. Technical staff members from both Atlanta United Academy and the First Team will be on hand to run, and scout, the two-day tryout held in Murfreesboro. The top participating players could have the opportunity to make a final tryout with the club’s First Team.
Both days are scheduled to run from 12-3 p.m. and will be held at Richard Siegel Soccer Complex in Murfreesboro, Tenn. Players interested in trying out can register online at www.atlutd.com/dreamtryouts. All participants must register ahead of the event, which included a $150 registration fee. Space is limited and a limited number of spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
The American Family Insurance Dream Tryouts were created to give aspiring athletes the opportunity to try out for Atlanta United. Consisting of four professional tryouts taking place across the Southeast, the American Family Insurance Dream Tryouts are a great way for up and coming players to get on the radar early. This will be the third tryout that Atlanta United has hosted with previous stops coming in Charlotte, N.C. and Birmingham, Ala.
