When will we play matches again?

We continue to stay in close contact with the League regarding the remainder of the season and will do our best to keep you as informed and updated as possible.

Will I be refunded if matches are cancelled or are played without fans?

At this time, there has been no decision made pertaining to cancelling matches or playing without fans and we remain hopeful that we’ll be able to welcome you at all of our remaining home matches this year. Should that not be possible:

  • Season Ticket Members:

    If any of the 17 home matches remaining on your 2020 season ticket package are cancelled or played without fans in attendance, we will notify you and automatically apply that credit towards your Season Ticket Membership for the 2021 season. We realize that this pandemic has impacted our fans in different ways, so if upon receiving this notification you have questions or concerns, please contact us at fans@atlutd.com and we will work with you directly on alternative solutions.

  • Group Buyers:

    Please contact your group sales representative or send a message to grouptickets@atlutd.comto connect with our groups team.

  • Single Game Buyers:

    Please contact us at fans@atlutd.com. If you purchased tickets elsewhere, contact the person or other marketplace through which you purchased the ticket.

What if I can’t make the rescheduled match date?

  • Season Ticket Members:

    Season ticket members are able to resell their tickets through Ticketmaster resale. Members are encouraged to contact us at fans@atlutd.com with additional questions.

  • Group Buyers:

    Please contact your group sales representative or send a message to grouptickets@atlutd.comto connect with our groups team.

  • Single Game Buyers:

    Please contact us at fans@atlutd.com. If you purchased tickets elsewhere, contact the person or other marketplace through which you purchased the ticket.

I bought this ticket on the secondary market - did I lose that money?

Because matches are intended to be rescheduled for future dates, your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled match. For further information, please contact the website from which you purchased your tickets to learn more on their policies relating to refunds or credits.

What does this mean for my season long parking pass, will it still be valid for the new dates?

All Parking passes will be valid for the rescheduled match. If you cannot attend that match, please contact Park Mobile at (877) 727-5457.
