Kann, a Decatur native, joined Atlanta United from Sporting Kansas City and started the first 18 games in goal, registering four clean sheets.

2017 (Atlanta United): Started 18 games. Made 56 saves and recorded four clean sheets before missing the second half of the season with a quad injury. US Open Cup: Made two starts, against Charleston on June 14 and at Miami FC on June 28.

2016 (Sporting Kansas City): After being selected by Sporting Kansas City in stage one of the 2015 MLS Re-Entry Draft, Kann earned seven league starts in 2016 and registered two shutouts for SKC. He made his CONCACAF Champions League debut Oct. 20, 2016 against Central FC in a 3-1 victory.

2015 (Chicago Fire): Kann was loaned to USL side St. Louis FC and made 19 starts for the club with six clean sheets. He made his MLS debut against New York Red Bulls on Oct. 25.

2014 (Chicago Fire): Kann was loaned out to USL team Charlotte Eagles where he made 17 starts and registered three clean sheets.

2013 (Chicago Fire): Kann signed with Chicago Fire and played five matches, four starts, for the Fire Reserves.

COLLEGE: A four-year standout at Furman University, Kann compiled a 37-16-10 record with 18 shutouts and a 1.00 goals against average in 65 starts during his collegiate career. He earned National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-South Region honors, All-Southern Conference honors and NSCAA Scholar All-America accolades in 2011 after guiding the Paladins to a 14-4-4 record and NCAA Tournament berth.
