Jeffrey Otoo became the third signing in Atlanta United history, coming from his hometown team Charity Stars FC in Accra, Ghana, where he scored 21 goals in 13 games playing in Division Two. He spent the 2016 season on loan with USL affiliate Charleston Battery where he appeared in four games.

2016 (Charleston Battery): Following signing with Atlanta United, Otoo was sent on loan to USL affiliate Charleston Battery. He featured in four games, entering as a sub in all of them, and logged 89 minutes.

2015/2016 (Charity Stars): Otoo netted 21 goals in 13 games for Ghana’s Division Two Charity Stars.
