Two of Atlanta United's own could be representing the U.S. National Team this summer. Left back Greg Garza and goalkeeper Brad Guzan were both named to the preliminary 40-man roster released by U.S. Soccer Saturday night.

The two will have to make it past another round of cuts with only 23 players allowed on the final roster, however both have a decent chance of getting an official call-up. Guzan consistently competes with Tim Howard for the starting spot in goal and has been called up for years, meanwhile Garza may be newer to the USMNT's plans but has ten caps of his own.
