Continuing the hot streak in their new home, Atlanta United tallied two more victories this week with a number of players earning MLS weekly honors.

Midfielder Yamil Asad was named in the MLS XI for the week after having himself a night in their midweek 4-0 win over the L.A. Galaxy. Directly involved in all four Atlanta goals, Asad finished with a brace, two assists and a Golden Spike from the ATL supporters. The 23-year-old Argentine has been key in the Five Stripes attack this season as he is one of only seven players in the league to record over 12 assists. In addition to his vision and passing ability, his fitness has proven imperative as well, clocking all but two minutes in their current six-match unbeaten run.

Also making it into the MLS Team of the Week on the bench were midfielder Jeff Larentowicz and defender Leandro González Pirez for their impressive performances and leadership of the in-form Atlanta back line who's now recorded four clean sheets in their last five matches. Larentowicz also tallied his first-ever goal this week for the expansion club securing the 2-0 win over Montreal on Sunday.
