Keep up with all things Atlanta United in May

April brought plenty of energy and excitement, but the club is just getting started in their 2018 campaign. The First Team is now seven-straight unbeaten, ATL UTD 2 is competing in its inaugural season and the club will be all around the ATL in May. Make sure you don't miss a 5-Stripes moment. Here's what lies ahead:

First Team Matches

Atlanta United is red hot, riding on a seven-match unbeaten streak heading into May and has yet to be defeated at home so far in 2018. The Five Stripes sit in 2nd in the Supporters' Shield standingsm, having scored an MLS-best 21 goals in eight matches, in addition to their top-ranked +12 goal differential, so they'll hope to continue that run of form in the next month.

First up, the club's First Team and Unified team head to Chicago to face off against the Fire, followed by a midweek matchup against Western Conference leaders Sporting KC. The first clash between southeast rivals Orlando and Atlanta will take place in Orlando City Stadium, so you'll want to tune in to that one on FS1. The red, black and gold will finish out the month by hosting New York Red Bulls for the first time at Mercedes-Benz Stadium before traveling north to play the New England Revolution.

The club's newest branch is looking to make waves and show out at the Proving Ground, so make sure you've secured your seat to see the club's future stars compete at the professional level. May's slate is a busy one, primarily on the road, including trips to Cincinnati, Ottawa, Louisville and North Carolina. But the squad does have a massive home match on May 16th against Toronto FC II, the USL affiliate of MLS Cup Champions Toronto FC. Make sure to reserve your seat at Coolray Field to see the future stars in action and tune in on ESPN+ to support the team while they compete away from home.
