Where is the Kit Launch event?

The event will take place at an indoor/outdoor venue at Pullman Yards: Building 6.

What is the best way to get to the event?

Paid parking lots through ParkMobile are available around the Pullman Yards venue.

We encourage using MARTA, carpooling, walking or biking to the event if possible. The closest MARTA stops are at the Edgewood/Candler Park Station or the East Lake Station.

What time should I arrive?

The event opens at 7pm. Please allow for extra time for traffic and parking. The event concludes at 10pm.

Do I need a ticket to enter?

Yes, fans need a ticket to attend. After claiming your free ticket, it will become available in your Atlanta United app. Please have your ticket ready upon entry. Tickets are limited and are redeemed on a first come-first served basis.

*Kids under 36 inches do not need a ticket in accordance with stadium policy.

The tickets sold out before I was able to get one, can I still come to the event?

Unfortunately, space is limited at the event and once the event is sold out, no additional tickets will be distributed. Please reach out to fans@atlutd.com if you have any other questions regarding your tickets.

How much do tickets cost?

Tickets are free for Season Ticket Members and the general public, but will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Will the new kit be available for purchase at the event?

Yes, we highly recommend pre-ordering your customized kit so it will be ready for pick-up as soon as you arrive at the event. Deadline to pre-order is February 15th at 5pm. Pre-order availability is limited and expected to reach capacity. Fans will have the ability to purchase at the event inside the retail store. Same day customization will be available on-site but will be limited.

Can I use my Season Ticket Member discount at the event?

Yes, your discount will automatically be applied when purchasing your kit at the event.

I can’t make it to the event, can I still purchase a kit?

Yes, new 2024 kits will exclusively be on sale at the Atlanta United Team Stores at Atlantic Station beginning Sunday, February 18th. They will also be on sale on MLSStore.com beginning at 8pm on Saturday, February 17th.

Is the event 21+?

No, all ages are welcome!

What can I bring with me and what items are not permitted?

Clear bag policy will be in place in accordance with stadium policy. Small cameras are permitted.

Outside food and beverage, vapes or other smoking devices, weapons and pets should be left at home. Service animals are welcome.

What should I wear?

Rep ATL UTD. The season is around the corner and it’s time to get your kits on and your scarves up.

Will there be food and beverages available on-site?

Yes, food and drinks will be available for purchase.

Will the event be cancelled due to weather?

The event is rain or shine. In case of inclement weather or an event cancellation, you will be notified via email.

Is smoking permitted?

No, smoking is not permitted at the event.
