OFFICIAL RULES FOR ATLANTA UNITED DIGITAL MEDIA SWEEPSTAKES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED FOR THE APPLICABLE SWEEPSTAKES. By participating in any Atlanta United Digital Media Sweepstakes during the 2024 Season (defined below) (each, a "Sweepstakes" and collectively, the "Sweepstakes") promoted by the Atlanta United Football Club LLC (the “Sponsor”) through Email, one or more of its platforms and handles via Atlanta United FC TWITTER/X.com- @ATLUTD, via FACEBOOK @AtlantaUnitedFC, via INSTAGRAM @atlutd, via TIKTOK @atlutd, via YouTube @AtlantaUnited, via WEB atlutd.com/, and via APP "Atlanta United" you agree to these Official Rules, which are a contract, so read them carefully before participating. The details and requirements for entry or participation in a particular Sweepstakes shall be provided by the Official Handle from the applicable social media channel, from time to time, in the discretion of Sponsor. You must follow the directions provided by the Official Handle and these Official Rules to be eligible to participate in, and receive a prize in connection with, any Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter any Sweepstakes via the applicable social media network, you must (a) have a valid, public (i.e. not "protected" or “private”) Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or TikTok social media account, and (b) follow the applicable Official Atlanta United FC social media account. If you do not have a Twitter account, visit www.twitter.com, visit www.instagram.com for Instagram, visit www.facebook.com for Facebook, visit https://www.tiktok.com/ for TikTok, or subscribe and visit https://www.youtube.com/ for YouTube. Register in accordance with the enrollment instructions or download the social application on your mobile device and follow the enrollment instructions for a free social media account. If you make or receive social media notifications on your mobile phone, standard data fees may apply. See your wireless provider for pricing plan details. In order to participate in the Sweepstakes without receiving notifications on your mobile phone or web connected device, be sure to deactivate your mobile phone or device from your associated social media account after the Entry-Promotional Period. From January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024 (“the 2024 Atlanta United Season”), you will be provided with opportunities to enter Sweepstakes via Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. If you wish to enter a particular Sweepstakes, follow the instructions provided by the Official Handle for that Sweepstakes in the manner and time period set forth by the Official Handle (the "Entry Period") to receive one (1) entry in the applicable Sweepstakes. Multiple entries in a single day will not be accepted. Failure to follow any instructions provided by the Official Handle or to submit your entry within the applicable Entry Period may result in disqualification. The time of receipt of any valid entry shall be the time such valid entry becomes available to Sponsor on associated social media network, Sponsor's computer shall be the official clock of each Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY_:_ The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Georgia who live within a seventy-five (75) mile radius from Mercedes-Benz Stadium (the “Territory”) who are of legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside (and at least 18 years old) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Atlanta United Football Club, LLC (“Sponsor”), Major League Soccer, L.L.C. (“MLS”), Soccer United Marketing, LLC (“SUM” and collectively, the “MLS Entities”), their member professional football clubs, each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, “Released Parties”), and each such individual’s immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state, territory and local laws, rules and regulations.
RANDOM DRAWING: Promptly following, twelve (12) to twenty-four (24) hours after the published promotion, applicable Entry Period, the potential winner(s) of the applicable Sweepstakes will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the applicable Sweepstakes. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, the potential winner(s) will be declared the official winner(s) of the applicable Sweepstakes (each, a "Winner" and collectively, the "Winners"). The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) prize per person, family or household per Sweepstakes.
PRIZES: The prize(s) and quantity of such prize(s) to be offered in each Sweepstakes (each, a "Prize" and collectively, the "Prizes") shall be identified by the Official Handle in the applicable call to action. The approximate retail value of each Prize shall be between $10 and $500. Exact Prize details shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize (or any portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion. Each Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, provincial, state, territory and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified by the Official Handle as being provided as part of the Prize, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the Prize, are the sole responsibility of the Winner(s). In the event that the Prize includes tickets to an Atlanta United game, exhibition or other event, the specific date and time will be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor, and may be subject to change. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. The terms and conditions of any tickets awarded as a Prize will govern in the event a game, event or exhibition is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Winner and his/her guest(s) (if any) agree to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with a Prize. Sponsor and the applicable MLS Entities reserve the right to remove or deny entry to winner and/or his/her guest(s) (if any) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any game, event or exhibition. Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, pandemics, epidemics, work stoppage or any other natural disaster that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Atlanta United game, event or exhibition. Atlanta United game, event and exhibition tickets awarded as Prizes may not be resold or offered for resale. Any such resale may result in disqualification and Prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game ticket(s). In the event more winner notifications are issued, or more winning prize claims are received, than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules due to computer, printing, seeding, human, or other error or problem, a random drawing will take place from all eligible prize claims for the prize at issue to award the proper number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules.
NOTIFICATION: Each potential winner will be notified via Email to the potential winner's associated email account provided at the time of entry, or via Direct Message to the potential winner's associated social media account provided at the time of entry (the "Prize Notification") and will be required to privately (through the appliable Social Media Platform direct message, email, or other secure, private means) provide his/her name, address, age and other personal information necessary to verify eligibility and receive the Prize. In the event that any potential winner does not respond to any such Prize Notification within forty-eight (48) hours of the time of issuance (or within the time specified by the Official Twitter Account, as applicable), fails to provide Sponsor all information necessary to verify eligibility and/or receive the Prize or declines the Prize for any reason, a disqualification will result, the Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries for the applicable Sweepstakes. Each potential winner may be required to provide identification to Sponsor and may be required to execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Publicity, within forty-eight (48) hours of the time of issuance (or within the time specified by the Official Handle, as applicable). Failure to submit any identification required by Sponsor or to return the required documents within the specified time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules or the return of any Prize (or any portion thereof) or Prize Notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and Prize forfeiture and, at Sponsor's sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate potential winner to be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries for the applicable Sweepstakes.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees (i) to be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, (ii) to waive any and all claims against the Released Parties for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in any Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any Prize (or any portion thereof) or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize (or any portion thereof); and (iii) that neither Sponsor nor any of the Released Parties have made or make or are responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, relative to any Sweepstakes or a Prize, including but not limited to, its quality or fitness or merchantability, and all Prizes are tendered on an “as is” basis. By entering any Sweepstakes, each entrant gives his/her express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by telephone, email and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes purposes. Each Winner, by acceptance of a Prize, grants to Sponsor and its designees the right to publicize such Winner's name, address (city and state/territory/province of residence), photograph, voice, biographical information, statements and/or other likeness and Prize information for advertising, promotional, trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, lost, damaged, garbled, delayed, undelivered, inaccurate, postage-due or garbled entries, e-mail or mail. Entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process will be disqualified. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with any Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of any Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials, or the cancellation or postponement of any Falcons game, event or exhibition. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in any Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in any Sweepstakes or downloading materials from, or use of, a website. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any advertising or promotion materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of any Sweepstakes or website or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of any Sweepstakes by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsor’s representatives or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of any Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Released Parties and/or their respective agents. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to any Sweepstakes, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion.
CONSTRUCTION: Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with any Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, (b) all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Georgia, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Georgia and (c) in any action brought to enforce the obligation or right of any party hereunder, entrants consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in any court of appropriate jurisdiction in Fulton County, Georgia, USA. Entrant further agrees that any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering any Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Sponsor and the MLS Entities reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any Sweepstakes for any reason, including should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of such Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify the Winner and award the Prize by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF ANY SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND SPONSOR AND THE MLS ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
All online entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. In case of multiple entries received from any person or e-mail address or household, only the first entry received from such person, e-mail address or household will be considered. Anyone found to use multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a Winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable ISP or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of any Sweepstakes.
