Atlanta is coming off a 1-0 win at Indy Eleven where Aiden McFadden scored his team-leading seventh goal of the season, which tied the single-season record for ATL UTD 2. Additionally, Ben Lundgaard recorded his second clean sheet of the season. Currently, Atlanta sits sixth in the Central Division with 28 points, only two points away from a playoff spot.

Wednesday’s match features the first and only match between Charleston and Atlanta this season. Charleston holds a 5-2-2 record versus ATL UTD 2 in regular season history. After recording a scoreless draw and a loss in its last two matches, Charleston is looking to return to the win column Wednesday night. Most recently, the Battery lost 1-0 to Tampa Bay Rowdies at home. With the loss, Charleston currently sits fifth in the Atlantic Division with 28 points.
