ATL UTD 2 begins its four-game road trip at Indy Eleven Saturday night. Both teams are looking to secure crucial points to hopefully sneak into a playoff spot. Most recently, Atlanta played to a 1-1 draw against the top team in the Central Division, Louisville City FC. Josh Bauer scored his first professional goal, while Aiden McFadden recorded his third assist of the season in the match. With Wednesday’s result, Atlanta currently sits in sixth in the division with 30 points, only five points away from a playoff spot.

Last time Atlanta and Indy faced off, Atlanta secured three points at Indy with McFadden scoring the game’s lone goal. This season, Atlanta holds a 2-1-0 advantage and has outscored Indy 8-3. Indy is eyeing a return to the win column on Saturday, as it has not won a game in its last four matches. On Wednesday, Indy played to a 1-1 draw versus OKC Energy FC. Indy sits behind Atlanta in seventh in the division with 30 points.
