The 5-Stripes are in a New York state of mind as they are set to face New York City FC. Though NYCFC plays at Yankee Stadium, they also split their time at Citi Field – where Atlanta will face them. In one of the biggest tourist hubs in the world, it is no surprise that there is plenty to do in the heart of the city and in Queens.

Here is a list of activities and places for traveling 17s to check out.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

The Metropolitan Museum of Art or The Met is home to over 5000 years of art from all over the world. It is the largest art museum in the Americas and fourth largest in the world. There is the Met Collection as well as several exhibitions. If a more guided look at the museum is desired, there are Met tours with experts.

That is why taking a tour to explore the five boroughs – Brooklyn, The Bronx, Harlem, Queens, and Coney Island – may be the best route to go. There are several different companies that provide the service for those interested.
