Coming off back-to-back losses, New York cruised by Bethlehem Steel 4-0 in its most recent match on May 31. Red Bulls II scored twice in each half, including a first half brace from Kyle Zajec. Mathias Jørgensen added a third along with an own goal by Walter Cortes in the second half.

ATL UTD 2 defender Laurence Wyke and Red Bulls II Jordan Scarlett are both suspended for Friday’s match due to yellow card accumulation.
