Jose Carranza

A 19-year-old midfielder, Carranza joins ATL UTD 2 from North Carolina FC where he began his professional career in 2017. He spent four years in the D.C. United Academy system before joining North Carolina FC where he ultimately made nine total appearances. Carranza was also in the U.S. Soccer residency program and featured with the U-18s.

2017 (North Carolina FC): Made nine combined appearances between the Spring and Fall NASL seasons with five starts. He picked up an assist in a 1-0 win over Miami FC on July 5.

YOUTH: Was with the D.C. United Academy system from 2013-16. Appeared in 20 games with 18 starts during the 2015-16 season for the U-18s.
