Atlanta United Away Match Program FAQs

I am a member of a supporter’s group and have traveled through them in the past, how will this affect their travel?

We will work with the supporters’ groups on how this benefit will help enhance the already strong supporters travel programs we have in existence. The team will manage the process for the ticketing, supporters’ groups will still handle details for other elements for away matches

Where will the seats be located?

For most away matches, the tickets will be in the visiting supporters’ section in each stadium. For matches where demand exceeds that allotment, we will procure tickets in other areas of the stadium based on availability.

What if I claim tickets but am unable to attend?

If you fail to attend the match, you will be charged our cost of securing the tickets to your credit card on file.

When can I begin claiming tickets?

Once you are opted into the program you will begin receiving information regarding how to claim tickets for away matches. Additional communication will be sent in January to members that are opted-in.

How will I receive the tickets?

All tickets will be transferred to you within 48-72 hours before the match. Tickets will be distributed by awaymatchtickets@atlutd.com through the away teams ticketing platform. Away match tickets will NOT be in your ATLUTD account.

I want to attend with friends/family. How do we ensure our seats are together?

We will attempt to assist you, but we may not be able to ensure your tickets are together with friends and family who are also season ticket holders. Additional tickets outside of your allotted amount will not be available to request.

How many tickets can I claim?

Atlanta United Season Ticket Members in good standing who register for the Away Match Ticket program will be eligible to order up to the number of seats on their account (maximum of 4 tickets). Please note, your card on file will be charged for any unused tickets.

How do I validate that I attended the match?

Within five (5) days of the match you will need to send a photo of you attending the match to awaymatchtickets@atlutd.com. If the photo is not received the credit card on file will be charged for the value of the tickets for which the club paid for.

Is there a limit on the number of tickets per match the club will have?

Details on securing tickets for 2023 matches will be communicated following the MLS schedule release to our members. We will be able to accommodate all members for Atlanta United away matches.

Can I cancel my away match selection?

Yes, only if it is before the 30-day window of the match you would like to cancel. You can email awaymatchtickets@atlutd.com to let them know which match you would like removed from your account. If it is within 30-days of the match you are locked into the tickets as ATLUTD have purchased them on your behalf. Validation from the match must be provided or you will be charged for the tickets.

Is there a waitlist that I can join if I missed the window to select a match?

Waitlist are created based on the demand of the away match. Please email awaymatchtickets@atlutd.com to see if one is available for the match you would like to attend. If you are put on a waitlist, it is not guaranteed that ATLUTD will be able to accommodate your requests.
