Our new referral system, the Assist Program, is here. Season Ticket Members who refer new members for the 2026 season will earn credit for the 2027 season. Plus, your friend will score retail credit just for signing up.

Referral Drawings

All Members who submit referrals will be entered in a drawing for prizes regardless of if the referral purchased or not. Potential prizes include premium upgrades, merch, Concession Credit and more. Members are only entered into the drawing once regardless of the number of people they refer.

How do I refer a friend to become a season ticket member?

Simply complete the form here or contact the Fan Service team by emailing fans@atlutd.com, or by calling (470) 341-1500 ext. 1.

I’m a current season ticket member splitting my seats with a friend for the 2026 season. Does that count as a referral?

Though we encourage sharing seats with your friends, a referral is defined as a new season ticket member purchasing seats into their own membership account. Splitting current memberships does not qualify.

How do I earn credit through The Assist Program?

Once the friend you referred has fully paid for their season ticket(s) the credit for 2027 will be added to your account. Credit will be applied to the 2027 invoice before renewal communication is distributed.

I referred someone last season. Does that count for The Assist Program?

Rewards from The Assist Program begin with 2026 Season Memberships.

Do I qualify for the credit if a referral I have provided does not purchase a full Season Membership?

Credit can only be earned when the referred member purchases new season tickets. However, ALL members that submit a referral will still be entered into the referral drawing, regardless of if new season tickets are purchased or not.

Is there a limit to how much credit I can receive?

The limit of credit that can be applied is the total cost of your 2027 season tickets. The amount of referral credit earned cannot exceed the cost of your 2027 season tickets. Any amount beyond that will not carry over to future seasons or be paid out.

What can this credit be used towards?

Credit earned via The Assist Program can be applied to your season ticket renewal the following season.

How much credit will I receive per referral?

Credit is earned once the person that was referred purchases new season tickets. The amount varies based on seat level purchased. Credit is earned per seat purchased.

Will I receive additional credit if my referral renews their membership next season?

No, members can only receive credit once per referral.

What happens to my credit if I don’t renew next season? Can I transfer it?

It remains on file on your account. It cannot be transferred.
