What happens if I can’t make a match?
Season Ticket Members have flexible options including Ticket Exchange, Ticket Sell Back, and the ability to transfer or resell tickets via your Atlanta United Account Manager.
What payment plan options do I have?
We offer flexible payment plans that allow you to spread your payments over multiple months.
When can I purchase parking for the 2026 season?
Members will have first access to purchase season parking. We’ll share more details in early 2026.

How can I exchange matches I can’t attend through the Exchange Program?
The Exchange Program opens after the 2026 schedule is released—typically in early January. You’ll be able to exchange tickets for other regular season matches at that time.
How does the Ticket Sell Back Program work?
During the Sell Back window, you can return tickets for matches you can’t attend in exchange for credit toward your 2027 Season Membership. More details will be shared after the schedule is released.
Will Season Ticket Members get access to World Cup tickets at Mercedes-Benz Stadium?
All ticketing for the FIFA World Cup will be handled by FIFA. We do not anticipate having access to World Cup tickets.
The Canopy
What is The Canopy?
The Canopy is a discounted seating section located at the back of Section 102, created based on member feedback. To remain eligible, members must attend at least 12 matches during the season.
Why can’t tickets in this area be transferred or resold?
Because of the discounted pricing, The Canopy is intended for members who actively attend matches. Transfers and resale are restricted to preserve the integrity of the section.
5-Stripe Family Plan
What is the 5-Stripe Family Plan?
This plan offers families more flexibility and affordability to attend matches together, with discounted tickets for children under 16.
Who qualifies for a 5-Stripe Family Plan?
For every adult ticket, you can purchase up to two tickets for young 17s under the age of 16 as of the start of the 2026 season are eligible. A birth certificate or passport is required for age verification.
Can I buy a 5-Stripe Family Plan ticket without purchasing an adult ticket?
No. For every two 5-Stripe Family Plan tickets, at least one Adult Season Ticket must be purchased.
