MODELO “ATLANTA UNITED” MEMBER OF THE MATCH NOMINATION

OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT. 

1. ELIGIBILITY. The MODELO “ATLANTA UNITED” MEMBER OF THE MATCH NOMINATION (“Nomination”) is open to legal residents of the state of Georgia and the US, who are at least 21 years of age, reside within 75 miles of Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia, and are season ticket holders of Atlanta United FC (“Season Ticket Members”). Employees and their immediate families (spouses, siblings, children, household members and the spouses and children of the foregoing) of Crown Imports LLC d/b/a Constellation Brands Beer Division (“Crown”), Atlanta United Football Club, LLC (Club), Atlanta Falcons Stadium Company, LLC (“MBS”), the MLS Entities (as defined below),  and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities employees and each of their respective families (spouses, siblings, children, household members and the spouses and children of the foregoing) (collectively, the “Nomination Entities”) are not eligible to enter the Nomination. By entering the Nomination, participants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules and Regulations (these “Official Rules”). Nomination is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Some restrictions apply. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

2. SPONSORS.  Crown Imports LLC d/b/a Constellation Brands Beer Division, with an address of 50 E. Broad St., Rochester, NY 14614 and Atlanta United Football Club, LLC, with an address of 1 AMB Drive NW, Atlanta, GA 30313, are jointly sponsoring the Nomination (collectively, the “Sponsor”).

Major League Soccer, L.L.C. (“MLS”) and its additional member professional soccer clubs, Soccer United Marketing, LLC (“SUM”), Pro Soccer Development, LP (“MLSNP”), and Player Development, LLC (“PDEV”), and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, “MLS Entities”), will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Nomination or any prize awarded. The MLS Entities have not offered or sponsored this Nomination in any way. By participating in this Nomination, entrants waive any and all claims against the MLS Entities.

3. HOW TO ENTER. Nomination runs from 5:00 PM EST March 7, 2026 until October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Entry Period”). During the Entry Period, eligible Season Ticket Members may submit nominations via the online form located at: https://ambse.formstack.com/forms/atlutd\_modelomember for each Atlanta United FC home match. The home matches are listed in Exhibit A. A nominator may nominate any fellow Season Ticket Member by providing required details and a few sentences explaining why the nominee deserves recognition. Limit one (1) nomination per person. Failure to follow any instructions provided by Sponsor for the Nomination or to submit your entry within the applicable Entry Period may result in disqualification. The time of receipt of any valid entry will be the time such valid entry becomes available to Sponsor. Sponsor’s computer will be the official clock of the Nomination. Free Internet access is available at many public libraries. No mechanical reproductions or facsimiles accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected, incomplete, lost, late or illegible entries, technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer, tablet or phone transmissions or other errors or problems which may limit a participant’s ability to participate in the Nomination or damage to a user’s system, tablet or phone as a result of participation in the Nomination or downloading of any information necessary to participate in the Nomination. False or deceptive entries or acts, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will render the entrant ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify the Nomination should any computer virus, malfunction or other cause  beyond their control corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the Nomination. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER CLUB MATCH.

4. HOW TO WIN. Prior to each home match, Sponsor and Club will review all eligible submissions and select one (1) Winner based on the strength and substance of the nomination. The decisions in all matters regarding the Nomination are final and binding. All winners are deemed potential winners until they have completed the Winner Documents. The potential winners will be notified via email and must meet all eligibility requirements including the execution and delivery of all necessary releases.

5. PRIZES. One (1) Winner will receive an on-field seat upgrade for up to four (4) guests (each guest must be at least 21 years of age), recognition on the Halo Board at Mercedes-Benz Stadium during the match, a spotlight feature on the Club website, a swag bag from Sponsor, and additional experiential elements in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Total AMV of all prizes is $2,120. The Prize will include access to the Truist Club with food and beverage included. Exact Prize details will be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. The reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred by the entrant as a result of this Nomination and any prize(s) won are the sole responsibility of the entrant. No substitution or transfer of prize(s) or cash redemptions permitted by Winner. The Nomination Entities reserve the right to substitute a prize of like value in the event the described prize, or any portion thereof, is unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable. No prize substitution allowed by winner. No portion of the prize may be sold, bartered or exchanged by the winner. If awarded, Prize will be awarded without any warranty of any kind beyond manufacturer’s standard warranty. Prize does not include transportation, gratuities, travel, personal accident or health insurance, and any other costs or expenses incurred in claiming or using any Prize, and any expenses not expressly included in the prize description in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the applicable Winner. Alternate winners may be selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor.   

7. ODDS OF WINNING. The odds of winning the Prize depend entirely on the quality and content of the nomination submitted.

8. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS. By entering this Nomination, participants grant the Nomination Entities the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their names, voices, pictures and likeness, Entry or any copyrighted or copyrightable materials without further authorization or compensation, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the goods and services of the Sponsors and all matters related to the Nomination in any manner or medium, through the world in perpetuity without further compensation (except where prohibited by law). Winner may be required to sign and execute affidavits of eligibility, tax acknowledgement forms, liability releases and, except where prohibited by law, use of name and likeness releases (“Winner Documents”) and return within three (3) days of issuance. Noncompliance with this time period may result in disqualification. In the event the Winner declines the prize or fails to return completed releases, Sponsor may elect, at its sole discretion, to select an alternate winner. If no eligible potential winner can be identified after reasonable attempts or if delays in obtaining the completed Winner Documents would make it impracticable to award the prize due to the timing of the game, no substitute prize may be awarded in Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this Nomination, entrants agree to release the Nomination Entities from any and all liability claims or actions of any kinds whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity. The Nomination Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded. In the event more winner notifications are issued, or more winning prize claims are received, than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules due to computer, printing, seeding, human, or other error or problem, a random drawing will take place from all eligible prize claims for the prize at issue to award the proper number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules. In the event of sabotage, acts of God, computer virus or other events or causes beyond the Sponsors’ reasonable control, which corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Nomination, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Nomination. In the event of cancellation, prizes will be awarded from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. Notice of cancellation will be posted at www.atlutd.com.

Nomination Entities are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, lost, damaged, garbled, delayed, undelivered, inaccurate, postage-due or garbled entries, e-mail or mail.  Entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process will be disqualified.  The Nomination Entities are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Nomination, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of any Nomination, the processing of entries, or the announcement of the Prize. The Nomination Entities are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Nomination. Nomination Entities are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Nomination or downloading materials from, or use of, a website. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any advertising or promotion materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.  

Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Nomination or website or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Nomination by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsor’s representatives or who are in violation of these Official Rules or engage in behavior deemed disruptive, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void.  Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of the Nomination is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Nomination Entities and/or their respective agents. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Nomination, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion. 

BY ENTERING THIS NOMINATION, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT THE INDIVIDUAL YOU ARE NOMINATING HAS GIVEN YOU CONSENT TO SHARE THE ABOVE INFORMATION TO SPONSOR AND CLUB.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, designs, promotional materials, web pages, drawings, illustrations, logos, slogans, and representations are owned by Sponsor, Club, and/or their affiliates. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

10. CONSTRUCTION. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Nomination shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Georgia, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Georgia. In any action brought to enforce the obligation or right of any party hereunder, entrants consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in any court of appropriate jurisdiction in Fulton County, Georgia, USA. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

11. FORCE MAJEURE. Sponsor shall not be liable to Winner or any other person for failure to supply Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, pandemic, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, network or computer problems, internet problems, hacking, computer viruses, unauthorized computer access, tampering, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s sole control.

12. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY. By entering this Nomination, entrants agree to release the Nomination Entities from any and all liability claims or actions of any kinds whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with or arising out of the receipt, ownership or use of the prize, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity.  The Nomination Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded.

By participating in the Nomination and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees (i) to be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, (ii) to waive any and all claims against the Nomination Entities for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Nomination or from the receipt or use of any Prize (or any portion thereof) or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize (or any portion thereof); and (iii) that neither Sponsor nor any of the Nomination Entities have made or make or are responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, relative to the Nomination or a Prize, including but not limited to, its quality or fitness or merchantability, and all Prize are tendered on an “as is” basis.  By entering the Nomination, each entrant gives his/her express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by telephone, email and/or postal mail for Nomination purposes. Each Winner, by acceptance of a Prize, grants to Sponsor and its designees the right to publicize such Winner's name, address (city and state/territory/province of residence), photograph, voice, biographical information, statements and/or other likeness and Prize information for advertising, promotional, trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law.  

13. NOTE. Entry must be made by the Entrant only as detailed above. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other web site or email address, including, but not limited to, commercial Nomination subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Nomination. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. The use of any device or software to automate the Entry process is prohibited. Entries or other Nomination materials that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late, misdirected, postage due, deceptive, in greater quantity than the limit stated above or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Nomination at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

14. MISCELLAENOUS. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Nomination-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on the Entry Site and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. No Injunctive Relief: EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT HE/SHE SHALL HAVE NO RIGHT TO ENJOIN OR RESTRAIN THE DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION, ADVERTISING, PROMOTION, DISTRIBUTION OR EXPLOITATION OF THE NOMINATION OR ANY OTHER PROJECT OF SPONSOR OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES.

15. PRIVACY STATEMENT. The information submitted, including the registration information, will be available to Sponsor and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. For more information on how this information may be used by them, please read their respective Privacy Notices, which can be found at www.atlutd.com and www.mercedesbenzstadium.com. In addition, by submitting this information you agree that Sponsor and Mercedes-Benz Stadium may contact you from time to time regarding special offers and promotions they think may be of interest to you.

16. UNSUBSCRIBE. At any time after you enter, if you are not interested in receiving communications from Sponsor, you may follow the opt-out instructions contained in a communication from Sponsor. 

17. OFFICIAL RULES AND WINNERS’ LIST REQUESTS. For a copy of either the Official Rules or the Winner’s List, send a request and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the following address to MODELO “ATLANTA UNITED” MEMBER OF THE MATCH NOMINATION, Atlanta United Football Club, LLC, with an address of 1 AMB Drive NW, Atlanta, GA 30313 by November 15, 2026.
